Takashigedoi
Tajiri · exported 1998 · Westholme
Takashigedoi is one of the named Westholme foundation dams, part of Chris Walker's importation of about 84 black females from ET Japan Company in Hokkaido across 1997-1998. Her 'Doi' suffix — the same marker carried by founding sire Kitateruyasu Doi — tentatively associates her with the 12 Tajiri (Tajima) females that supplied the consignment's marbling strength, alongside 44 Fujiyoshi and 28 Kedaka (eleven Hongen-registered) females. She is documented among the dams that bred on in Australia and helped establish the herd now operated as Westholme by the Australian Agricultural Company. Her individual pedigree is not published in the accessible sources.
