Taguchi 9
Mixed · exported 1997 · Mannett Group
Taguchi 9 was one of seven black foundation females imported from Japan by the Mannett Group (World K's) in 1997 — the group's final import, arriving with the bull Yasufuku Jr just as Japan closed live cattle exports. This late shipment (with Nakahana 5, Mitsutaka, Okuito 9, Hanateru 9, Rabito and Hisako) added fresh female lines to the North American fullblood herd right at the end of the export window. Individual pedigree detail for Taguchi 9 is not published in the sources reviewed. She matters as one of the last verifiable Japan-exported foundation females before the 1997 ban.
