Sekinakada 22
Kedaka · exported 1998 · Westholme
Sekinakada 22 is one of the named Westholme foundation dams, part of Chris Walker's importation of about 84 black females from ET Japan Company in Hokkaido across 1997-1998. Her 'Seki' name element tentatively links her to the 28 Kedaka females (eleven of them Hongen-registered) that gave the Westholme consignment its milk-and-size character, alongside 44 Fujiyoshi and 12 Tajiri and the founding bulls Hirashige-Tayasu, Itomoritaka and Kitateruyasu Doi. She is documented among the dams that bred on in Australia and helped establish the herd now operated as Westholme by the Australian Agricultural Company. Her individual pedigree is not published in the accessible sources.
