RSC Fuku-Yasu 2613 is profiled in the V-Bar-V Semen Services 2009 Fall Sire Directory as carrying both Fukutsuru 068 (Dai 2 Yasutsuru Doi line) and Yasufuku Jr (via his dam BR Ms Yasufuku 0608) in a single pedigree, at 94% Tajima. The catalog reports a 17.99-inch ribeye at 20 months and calls him 'the total package' — length, depth, marbling, a strong loin and good feet and legs. One noted Wagyu expert is quoted saying he 'has a very good chance to be the next Mich or Sanjirou.' His first calves — fullbloods plus F1 Angus, Braunvieh and Holstein crosses — were on the ground at the time of the catalog, described as 'the thickest Wagyu cattle we have ever seen' with good length, extreme depth and good dispositions.
