Nakahana 5

Nakahana 5 was one of seven black foundation females in the Mannett Group's 1997 import from Japan, which also brought the bull Yasufuku Jr. Arriving at the very end of the pre-ban export era alongside Taguchi 9, Mitsutaka, Okuito 9, Hanateru 9, Rabito and Hisako, she helped broaden the maternal base of the fullblood herd outside Japan. Her individual pedigree was not found in the sources reviewed. She is included as a verifiable named Japan-exported foundation female from the final Mannett consignment.
